Residential Real Estate Agent – High-Producing Nashville Team

We are a top-performing real estate team in Nashville looking for an experienced, motivated Real Estate Agent to join our group.

Qualifications:

- 2+ years of active real estate sales experience

- At least $3M in production within the last 12 months

- Organized, systems-driven, and reliable with follow-through

- Comfortable with cold calling and lead generation

- Commit to 2 hours of prospecting per day

- Team player with a growth mindset

Responsibilities:

- Work with buyers and sellers to close real estate transactions

- Generate new business through prospecting and outreach

- Follow established team systems for lead management and client communication
