Who Should Attend?
We’re seeking compassionate and dependable Residential Program Workers (RPWs) who are ready to make a meaningful impact in the lives of individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. This event is specifically to support our sites in the following locations:
Shelton, CT; Monroe, CT; Oxford, CT; Monroe, CT

For this event, we will ONLY be conducting interviews for folks who are able to:

  • Commit to a consistent 16-40 hour weekend schedule (incides Saturday and/or Sunday) at one of our Residential Group Homes in the Shelton. Monroe, Oxford area of Connecticut.
  • Accept an hourly pay rate, ranging from $18.50-$19.40 per hour.
  • Make appropriate accommodations to attend a paid 5-day New Employee Orientation in Hartford, CT.
  • Verify both a valid Driver’s License and a High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
This role offers hands-on experience in:
  • Patient observation
  • Medication distribution
  • Recreational therapy

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist clients with daily living activities (personal hygiene, meals, mobility).
  • Administer medications and monitor health status.
  • Provide emotional support and companionship.
  • Implement individualized care plans.
