Customer Service Representative (SUNDAYS SHIFT REQUIRED)

THIS IS A PERMANENT AND FULL TIME POSITION. STUDENTS SEEKING TEMPORARY POSITION, PLEASE DO NOT APPLY.

We are NOW HIRING for a full time position a friendly individual who is a quick learner and has the ability to multitask to work at our 290 Turnpike Rd Westborough MA

You will be paid $16.50 during the training period and on successful completion of the same it will be raised to $ 17.50. After 6 months of successful completion of training, if you continue to show progress and reliability then you will get $18.00.

The DAY shift hours are 11:00 am to 6.30 pm Mon -Fri,

Morning shift hours are 8 am to 3.30 pm Mon-Fri

Alternate working of Saturday and Sunday.

Saturday 9:30 am to 3:00 pm

Sunday 10 am to 3 pm.

One week you work on Saturday the other week you work on Sunday

Team Member of The UPS Store you will have the following duties:

• Provide prompt, efficient and courteous customer service
• Smile. Greet customers and determine how to exceed their expectations
• Assist customers to determine the best way to ship their packages
• Assist customers with document services (copies, binding, laminating, etc.)
• Utilize a POS system to process and take payments for shipments and other services
• Maintain a clean and tidy work place
• Operate copiers, fax machines, binding equipment and all other office machines in a safe, efficient and productive manner
• Standing for extended periods of time.
• Frequent lifting of 1 to 5 pound packages and occasionally lifting of up to 40-50 pound packages or more with assistance.

Requirements:
Team Members must have these qualities:

• Have a helpful and friendly attitude, be detail oriented and punctual.
• Some retail or customer service experience is a PLUS, but not required
• Ability to quickly, accurately, and efficiently enter data, and perform typical computer functions
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
• Reliable transportation to and from work
• The ability to multitask among frequent interruptions and prioritize tasks
• Special consideration given to bi-lingual applicants (English and Spanish)

Hours of work
We are looking for full time employees.

This job is at a franchised The UPS Store location. Employees of the franchise will not be UPS employees. We do offer some benefits and incentives.
