Deployment Technician

Job Description

A large healthcare system is seeking a Deployment Technician to join its IT team. This role supports hardware and software deployments across clinical and administrative areas, including renovation-related installations and removals.

Responsibilities:

• Deploy and install PCs, peripherals, and printers

• Image and configure Windows 11 devices

• Install software on desktops, laptops, and printers

• Prioritize and complete 5-10 tickets daily

• Physically transport and set up equipment across nearby buildings

• Participate in group projects and renovation support

Skills and Requirements

• 1+ years of experience working in a Windows environment installing hardware and software

• Experience imaging PC's

• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and push a cart across multiple city blocks - MAC experience
