Responsibilities:
Collect and organize various finished goods components or materials into kits according to specific instructions or orders.
Maintain accurate inventory records, perform cycle counts when required, and ensure the integrity of inventory levels.
Visually inspect components and finished kits for quality and adherence to specifications.
Keep detailed records of kitting activities, including discrepancies or damages.
Work closely with Distribution, Quality and Supply Chain Planning functions to ensure timely and accurate kit preparation.
Identify opportunities to streamline kitting processes and improve efficiency.
Will participate in cycle counts when required put in all
Skills and Qualifications:
Previous experience in a kitting, inventory, or warehouse role is preferred, but not required.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to follow detailed instructions.
Proficiency with inventory management software a plus.
Ability to communicate effectively to coordinate with team members and other departments.
Must be proficient in English language to read and follow documentation, training materials and communicate (verbal and written) with stakeholders.
Physical Requirements:
Must be able to lift and transfer up to 50 lbs.
Stand for extended periods.
Perform repetitive tasks.
Must be able to safely operate electric and manual pallet jacks.
Ability to follow electronic training instructions and manual demonstrations.
