Managers' duties and development:

· Build, train, and lead a strong team

· Be supported and developed with 8 weeks of intensive training and learning the P&L process

· Uphold high service standards while achieving P&L goals

· Working alongside the chef and presenting to the staff and your guests, our Florida Steakhouse concept.
