Director, Creative Strategy - Culture & Lifestyle Marketing
As Director, Creative Strategy, you are a cultural thought leader and idea generator. You're someone who lives at the intersection of culture, entertainment, and brand. You'll drive proactive strategic thinking on a marquee automotive account, getting our clients excited about creating culturally resonant moments that create real heat. You're not a strategy document writer but rather you're the ideas person with a strategic foundation; you can walk into a room, read the cultural moment, and pitch a concept that makes a CMO lean forward. You don't wait for a brief; instead, you bring the brief.
You're deeply plugged into culture — music, sports, social, entertainment, influencer ecosystems — and you know how to translate that fluency into proactive ideas that change the conversation. You understand how events and experiences intersect with social and digital, and you've seen firsthand how the right influencer at the right moment can redefine a KPI entirely.
You're not afraid to push back on clients, challenge assumptions, and advocate for the idea you believe in. You know when to float a half-formed concept and when to build the full rationale because you're great at both.
