Overview
Growing boutique law firm in Anchorage is seeking a dynamic and highly organized Office Manager to oversee daily administrative operations and ensure the smooth functioning of our office environment. Must be a self-starter with exceptional attention to detail, strong written and interpersonal communication skills, excellent time management, and ability to multitask.
Responsibilities
- Managing daily office operations.
- Manage multi-line phone systems, screen calls, and direct inquiries to appropriate team members promptly.
- Maintain organized filing systems, data entry records, and ensure accurate document proofreading and record keeping.
- Producing invoices and reports.
- Processing and inputting payments.
- Support bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks to assist with invoicing, expense tracking, and financial record maintenance.
- Coordinate office supplies procurement, inventory management, and oversee general office maintenance to ensure a well-equipped workspace.
- Handling vendor relationships.
- Provide clerical support including typing correspondence and proofreading documents.
- Spearheading employee hiring and onboarding.
- Maintain phone etiquette standards while managing inquiries via phone or email with professionalism and efficiency.
- Support team members with organizational tasks such as filing, data entry, and document management to enhance overall productivity.
Requirements
- Proven experience in office management or administrative roles with strong organizational skills.
- Proficiency in computer literacy.
- Experience with QuickBooks or bookkeeping software is highly desirable.
- Excellent customer service skills combined with professional phone etiquette across multi-line phone systems.
- Strong typing skills along with attention to detail for proofreading documents accurately.
- Previous experience in clerical work such as filing, data entry, or administrative support is preferred.
- Ability to manage time effectively while juggling multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
