Overview
Growing boutique law firm in Anchorage is seeking a dynamic and highly organized Office Manager to oversee daily administrative operations and ensure the smooth functioning of our office environment. Must be a self-starter with exceptional attention to detail, strong written and interpersonal communication skills, excellent time management, and ability to multitask.

Responsibilities

  • Managing daily office operations.
  • Manage multi-line phone systems, screen calls, and direct inquiries to appropriate team members promptly.
  • Maintain organized filing systems, data entry records, and ensure accurate document proofreading and record keeping.
  • Producing invoices and reports.
  • Processing and inputting payments.
  • Support bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks to assist with invoicing, expense tracking, and financial record maintenance.
  • Coordinate office supplies procurement, inventory management, and oversee general office maintenance to ensure a well-equipped workspace.
  • Handling vendor relationships.
  • Provide clerical support including typing correspondence and proofreading documents.
  • Spearheading employee hiring and onboarding.
  • Maintain phone etiquette standards while managing inquiries via phone or email with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Support team members with organizational tasks such as filing, data entry, and document management to enhance overall productivity.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in office management or administrative roles with strong organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in computer literacy.
  • Experience with QuickBooks or bookkeeping software is highly desirable.
  • Excellent customer service skills combined with professional phone etiquette across multi-line phone systems.
  • Strong typing skills along with attention to detail for proofreading documents accurately.
  • Previous experience in clerical work such as filing, data entry, or administrative support is preferred.
  • Ability to manage time effectively while juggling multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
