Job Description

Overview
We are a software company that provides GIS products to broadband service providers, primarily in the US. We are looking for a reliable, organized Office Administrator to replace our long-time team member, who is retiring. Our website: www.stellarrad.com

Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day office operations, including mail, supplies, equipment maintenance, and vendor relationships
  • Process invoices, expense reports, and assist with basic bookkeeping tasks
  • Coordinate office events, travel arrangements, tradeshow events, and team meetings
  • Greet visitors, answer and route phone calls, and handle general correspondence
  • Maintain office files, records, and databases (both physical and digital)
  • Provide administrative support to the staff as needed
  • Handle special projects and other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • 3+ years office admin experience preferred
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Excellent communication and multitasking abilities
  • Professional, detail-oriented, and positive attitude
  • Social Media / AI skills are a plus
