Structural Steel Project Engineer $150-$200k
- Eligible for profit sharing / bonus (historically anywhere from 2-25%)
- Salary: 150k to 200k DOE
- You own the technical execution of structural steel from shop to field
- You work directly with fabricators, erectors, designers, and PMs

- Plan and coordinate structural steel scopes, schedules, and budgets
- Review shop drawings, calculations, and fabrication details
- Solve steel issues in real time during fabrication and erection
- Support field crews and erectors with technical clarity
- Ensure code compliance, QC, and safe execution
- Transportation, infrastructure, and complex steel packages
- High visibility work where mistakes are not an option
- Degree in civil or structural engineering
- Strong grasp of codes, shop drawings, and field coordination
- AISC / AWS exp strongly preferred
- PE or PMP strongly preferred
