Burnett Group – EXP Realty — Residential real estate team producing ~$30M/year

Burnett Real Estate Group Inc— Commercial CRE brokerage and investment

Burnett Builders Inc — Construction company specializing in townhome developments and commercial construction.

About the Role

We are looking for a Creative Marketing Manager to own how our brands show up visually and socially across all platforms.

This role is responsible for content creation, brand consistency, and day-to-day execution across multiple companies in real estate, construction, and home services. If you love creating content, telling stories, and making brands feel polished and intentional — this is your lane.

Your job is to make sure everything we put into the world looks, sounds, and feels right.

What You’ll Own

Brand & Visual Identity

  • Maintain a consistent and professional brand identity across all four companies
  • Ensure all content, graphics, and materials align with brand standards
  • Continuously elevate the look and feel of each brand as they grow

Content Creation

  • Create social media content (graphics, captions, short-form video) — approximately 4–5 posts per week, per brand, plus stories
  • Have templates ready for last-minute listings going live, contract updates, etc. for same-day posting
  • Edit and produce Reels, TikToks, and short-form video content
  • Write engaging, on-brand captions and messaging across all platforms
  • Create marketing materials for listings, projects, and promotions — including printed assets like postcards, flyers, and maps

Content Planning

  • Build and manage monthly content calendars for each brand with distinct themes that also interweave to showcase the full family of services
  • Plan content around listings, projects, seasonal campaigns, promotions, and in-person events
  • Ensure consistent posting cadence across all platforms — no gaps, no scrambling
  • Design and distribute a monthly newsletter to our full database — highlighting new listings, active projects, market updates, and company news across all brands

Social Media Management

  • Schedule and publish content across Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube, plus occasional posts on Google Business Profile
  • Maintain an active, polished presence across all platforms
  • Collaborate with leadership on messaging priorities and brand voice
  • Coordinate with our ads team to develop creative assets for Meta and Google campaigns

Content Production Coordination

  • Brief and coordinate photographers and videographers for property shoots and brand content
  • Help plan and organize content shoots so we’re always ahead, not behind
  • Ensure we are consistently capturing high-quality, usable content across all entities

✓ Consistent, on-brand content across all platforms — every week, without being chased

✓ Strong engagement and audience growth on Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube

✓ Clean, professional, and modern brand presence across all four companies

✓ Content is planned a month ahead — not reactive and rushed

✓ Leadership feels confident in how the brands are showing up without having to manage every detail

What We’re Looking For

Required

  • 2–4+ years of experience in content creation, social media management, or brand marketing
  • Strong graphic design skills using Canva or Adobe Creative Suite
  • Experience creating and editing short-form video (Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts)
  • Strong writing and communication skills — you can write a caption that actually sounds human
  • Highly organized and able to manage multiple brands and content calendars simultaneously
  • Self-starter who can execute without constant direction or daily hand-holding
  • Local to the Nashville/Goodlettsville area (hybrid role with occasional in-person needs)

Strongly Preferred

  • Experience in real estate, construction, roofing, or home services marketing
  • Experience managing multiple brands or clients under one umbrella
  • Familiarity with content performance — you understand what works and why
  • Basic understanding of what creative assets perform best in paid ads (Meta/Google)

Compensation & Details

Hours: 15–20 hours per week

Compensation: Negotiable based on experience — $28–$45/hr or monthly retainer

Work Style: Hybrid — primarily remote with periodic in-person time in the Goodlettsville/Nashville area for shoots and meetings

Employment Type: 1099 contractor or part-time W2 — open to either

Growth Potential: Clear path to expanded scope and hours as the brands grow
