The Deeper Well Group provides freedom, support, and meaningful clinical work for independently licensed clinicians/therapists in New Mexico (i.e. LCSW, LPCC, LMFT, Psychologist, or equivalent) especially for those interested in the fields of developmental trauma and attachment. Applicants from Colorado, Washington, Oregon, Texas, Arizona, Utah, California, and other states are encouraged to apply if licensed in NM.

We prioritize the wellbeing of our therapists. This is an ideal opportunity for therapists comfortable with telehealth who want meaningful clinical work, flexibility, and support—without the pressure, impersonality, or productivity demands common in agencies or larger platforms.

Qualifications

Independently licensed in New Mexico OR eligible to obtain NM license

LCSW, LPCC, LMFT, Psychologist, or equivalent

Comfortable with telehealth

Strong clinical judgment and professionalism

Compensation

Competitive contractor compensation based on a 70/30 split model for each clinical hour.
