Summary

We are seeking a few motivated associates to join our dynamic team in Glenshaw, PA. In this role, you will play a crucial part in driving our mission of providing exceptional customer service and fostering long-term relationships with clients. Willing to hire the right candidate without prior experience

Compensation

$40,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year, but the sky's the limit!!!

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored vehicle solutions.
• Manage the sales pipeline effectively to ensure timely follow-ups and conversions.
• Engage with our Marketing professional, formulating ideas and maximizing quality of marketing content
• Negotiate terms and close deals while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Utilize CRM software to track leads and manage customer interactions.
• Collaborate with the dealership team to enhance the overall customer experience.
• Conduct presentations and demonstrations of vehicles to potential buyers.
• Stay informed about industry trends and competitor offerings to better serve customers.
• Participate in ongoing training sessions to improve sales techniques and product knowledge

Qualifications

• Valid PA Driver's License
• Great customer service aptitude
• Desire to succeed
• Previous experience in a similar role is a plus, but not a requirement
