Role Description

Resonate Mortgage is seeking a full-time Loan Officer Assistant / Processor to join our team in Streamwood / Elgin, IL. This on-site role will involve supporting Loan Officers in processing and managing loan applications, communicating with clients and underwriters, gathering and verifying necessary documentation, and ensuring compliance with all regulatory and company guidelines. The assistant will play a key role in streamlining the loan process and delivering exceptional customer service to clients.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Loan Officers' processes, the Mortgage Industry, and underwriting practices
• Experience delivering exceptional Customer Service with attention to client needs
• Strong Communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate effectively
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
• Ability to work in an on-site environment and handle sensitive financial information with confidentiality
• Proficiency in using loan processing systems and familiarity with mortgage-related documentation
• Experience in a loan assistant or processor role is preferred
• Knowledge of FHA, VA, USDA, FNMA, and FHLMC guidelines preferred
