WHAT WE OFFER: *Competitive Remuneration: Attractive salary package commensurate with experience.​ *Professional Development: Opportunities for ongoing training and career advancement.​ *Positive Work Environment: A supportive team culture that values input and encourages professional growth.​ *Work-Life Balance: Flexible leave policies to enjoy personal interests and activities outside of work.​ SPECIFIC ROLES WE’RE AFTER: 1) REGISTERED ELECTRICIANS – SERVICE + MINOR WORKS Role involves: *Fault-finding / diagnostics *Commercial maintenance and reactive callouts *Minor upgrades and small project installs *Job close-out, reporting, and client comms You’ll need: *NZ Electrical Registration + current Practicing Licence *Strong fault-finding and pride in clean workmanship *Great communication and ownership (raise issues early with options) *experience in medical areas is great but not essential *Commercial servicing experience (experience with electrcial in civil & medical areas is a bonus) Experience working within hospitals, medical centres, healthcare facilities, or other live operational environments would be highly regarded 2) ELECTRICIANS – CIVIL / INFRASTRUCTURE Role Involves: *Trenching / ducting / cabling coordination with civil contractors *Lighting and power installs in civil environments *Testing, commissioning, as-builts, and handovers *Multi-contractor site delivery with strong H&S discipline You’ll need: - Experience on civil and infrastructure projects -NZ Registration + current Practicing Licence -Confidence on busy sites with multiple stakeholders -Practical problem-solving and programme awareness -Documentation discipline (quality + compliance) How to Apply: Interested candidates are invited to submit their CV and a cover letter detailing their relevant experience and qualifications to info@ester.co.nz.
