Compensation: $85,000–$95,000 base + uncapped commissions, team overrides & bonuses (Total earnings potential $250-350K+)

We’re looking for a Roofing Sales Manager to lead our residential and commercial sales teams, drive revenue growth, and help shape the future of a company that’s on a strong growth trajectory.

What You’ll Do

• Lead from the Front: Recruit, mentor, and coach a top-performing sales team.
• Drive Sales Growth: Manage and grow your personal sales pipeline while helping your team hit their goals.
• Create Smart Strategy: Build and implement sales plans aligned with company goals.
• Collaborate Across Teams: Work with estimators, production, and leadership to ensure a smooth handoff from sale to project completion.
• Own Your Market: Leverage your knowledge of the Denver roofing market to build long-term client relationships in both residential and commercial sectors.

Who You Are

• Proven Roofing Sales Pro: 5+ years in residential and/or commercial roofing sales with a track record of success - sales $5M+
• Experienced Leader: 3+ years in a sales leadership or management role.
• Locally Savvy: Strong understanding of Denver-area roofing markets and local permitting/regulations.
• Motivated & Strategic: You thrive in a fast-paced environment and know how to lead by example.
• Excellent Communicator: You're a skilled negotiator, relationship builder, and team motivator.

Schedule & Requirements

• Full-time
• Monday–Friday (some weekend flexibility during peak season)
• Must be based in or near Denver, CO
