Senior Data Engineer

Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Data Engineer to help support a variety of projects that will range in scale and complexity within the Big Data Team. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in cloud-based data platforms, SQL, Python programming, dbt, orchestration/scheduling tools, and monitoring/observability tools. You will play a critical role in designing, developing, and supporting our data ingestion pipelines, ensuring seamless integration of data from the company's various sources to support robust analytics and business intelligence.

Skills and Requirements

• 5+ years of experiene as a Data Engineer

• Experience with Snowflake

• Strong understanding of modern, cloud-based data architecture concepts and best practices, including Lakehouse architectures.

• Experience in ELT/ETL tools, including AWS Lambda

• Data pipeline engineering experience

• Experience with Kafka

• Experience with Terraform
