About the Role:
We are seeking a reliable and personable Marketing Assistant to support a busy financial planning practice. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, proactive, and comfortable speaking with clients over the phone. You’ll play a key role in maintaining client relationships, coordinating appointments, and assisting with day-to-day marketing efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound and receive inbound client calls in a professional and friendly manner
- Schedule, confirm, and manage client appointments and calendar coordination
- Assist with marketing campaigns, including email outreach and follow-ups
- Maintain and update client contact records in CRM systems
- Help organize client appreciation initiatives
- Provide general administrative support as needed
Qualifications:
- Strong verbal communication skills and phone presence
- Comfortable speaking with clients and handling scheduling logistics
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency with basic office software (e.g., email, calendars, spreadsheets)
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Prior experience in administrative, customer service, or marketing roles preferred
- Interest in financial services is a plus, but not required
