Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Insurance Service Representative to join our agency. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, assisting them with their insurance needs and providing outstanding service throughout the policy lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with new and existing insurance policies, including auto, home, life, and other products offered by State Farm
• Respond promptly to client inquiries via phone, email, and in-person
• Process policy changes, renewals, and claims efficiently and accurately
• Educate clients on coverage options and help identify their insurance needs
• Maintain accurate client records and documentation in our agency management system
• Collaborate with agents and team members to ensure excellent customer experience
• Support marketing and outreach efforts to grow the agency’s client base

Qualifications:

• Property and Casulty License required.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in insurance is a plus
• Previous experience in customer service or insurance preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency with computers and basic software applications
• Positive attitude and a genuine desire to help others
