Location: Syracuse, New York

Shift: Night Shift – 5x8 Hours (11:00 PM – 07:30 AM)
Schedule: Monday through Friday with rotational weekends, holidays, and on-call coverage
Contract Duration: 13 Weeks

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced CT Technologist for a 13-week assignment in Syracuse, New York. The ideal candidate will perform high-quality CT and radiographic imaging procedures while ensuring patient safety, compliance, and exceptional patient care in a clinical setting.

Responsibilities

• Perform CT and radiographic examinations under the direction of radiologists
• Prepare, position, and educate patients prior to imaging procedures
• Operate CT and imaging equipment efficiently to obtain quality diagnostic studies
• Ensure radiation safety and protection standards are maintained
• Input patient and exam information into the Radiology Information System for documentation and billing
• Identify and report equipment malfunctions promptly
• Follow departmental procedures, imaging protocols, and safety guidelines
• Provide compassionate patient care throughout imaging procedures

Requirements

• Associate Degree in Radiologic Technology or equivalent required
• Current New York State Radiologic Technologist license/registration required
• Minimum 1 year of CT/MRI experience required
• Strong understanding of CT imaging procedures and radiation safety standards
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced healthcare environment
• Successful completion of pre-employment health clearance required
