We are seeking a Sales Support Specialist to support our sales team and deliver an excellent customer experience. This role is ideal for someone with customer service or sales support experience who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with CRM and ERP systems.
We're especially looking for someone who is a quick learner, delivers exceptional client service, has experience with ERP and CRM systems, and will be a strong cultural fit for our collaborative team.
- Support sales team with customer inquiries, quotes, and order processing
- Prepare proposals, presentations, and product information
- Maintain accurate data in CRM and ERP systems
- Coordinate with operations, logistics, and customer service teams
- Assist with lead generation and market research
- Help organize client meetings, trade shows, and sales events
- Provide responsive, professional support to customers and internal teams
- Associate degree or equivalent experience required (Bachelor's preferred)
- 1+ year of experience in customer service, sales support, or administrative support
- Experience with CRM and/or ERP systems strongly preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
