  • Coordinate state resource reservations, including fleet vehicles, conference rooms, and hoteling workstations; ensure fleet vehicles receive routine maintenance and report mileage monthly.

  • Act as the primary liaison with building management and external vendors to resolve facility, maintenance, and office-wide issues (e.g., office closures, deliveries).

  • Oversee and maintain all office equipment (e.g., printers, copiers) to ensure uninterrupted function.

  • Support Human Resources with new employee onboarding/offboarding logistics (e.g., IT equipment, network ID)

  • Process and log all incoming cash and checks; enter all operations department invoices into Salesforce.

  • Support employee IT requests by submitting and tracking tickets through ServiceHub
