Position Overview

"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking an experienced and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join a specialized Renal/Medical-Surgical unit. The RN will provide high-quality, patient-centered care to individuals with kidney disease, including transplant patients, while collaborating with an interdisciplinary healthcare team.

This role requires strong clinical judgment, critical thinking, and the ability to deliver culturally competent, age-appropriate care in a fast-paced hospital environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans
• Deliver culturally sensitive and age-appropriate nursing care
• Collaborate effectively with physicians, surgeons, and interdisciplinary teams
• Ensure accurate documentation and maintain patient confidentiality
• Provide education to patients and families regarding treatment plans and post-care needs
• Adapt to changing clinical situations and support continuous improvement in care delivery
• Maintain compliance with professional nursing standards and institutional protocols

Required Qualifications

• Diploma in Nursing (Required)
• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Ohio or Compact State
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification – American Heart Association

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred
