Overview
An entrepreneurial leader with a passion for outstanding client service, innovation and thought leadership. An individual who can lead a book of business, drive positive revenue growth and collaborate with a cross-functional team to identify new opportunities. A fun, upbeat personality is a plus and the ability to work in a loud, fast paced environment is a must.
This individual will partner closely with the Client to understand business initiatives and strategies and will be responsible for serving as the direct liaison between Saatchi & Saatchi X internal teams and the client. Partnering with Account Leaders to facilitate execution of programs within the Saatchi & Saatchi X team.
Responsibilities
Lead a book of business
Responsible for contributing to revenue and forecast discussions
Presents to clients and senior leadership using strategic storytelling and creativity
Serve as a direct liaison between client and agency
Partner with client to understand business initiatives and strategy
Mentor and lead account managers and account executives
Partner with traffic and operations to allocate resources appropriately against the work
Comfortable having strategic conversations with senior-level clients
Leads a cross-functional internal team and identifies opportunities to raise the level of work
Able to manage internal conflicts when they arise with straight talk
Collaborates with cross-functional team members
Leads and executes large initiatives from start to finish
Qualifications
5-7 years of experience
Advanced skills in PowerPoint expected
Experience in shopper marketing or restaurant marketing a plus
Experience proactively leading and collaborating with cross- functional teams, and working with minimal supervision is required

Compensation Range: $75,050.00 - $97,565.00 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
