Insight Global is seeking a Total Rewards Specialist to support a leading aviation technology client. This individual will play a key role in administering and enhancing global compensation and benefits programs. The ideal candidate will be highly detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working across multiple stakeholders including HR, Finance, and Payroll.

This role will focus on ensuring accurate delivery of Total Rewards programs, supporting employees with benefits and compensation inquiries, and contributing to ongoing improvements in global HR processes. It is best suited for a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and values operational excellence and employee experience.

Day-to-Day

Administer global benefits programs including enrollment, changes, and employee support

Partner with Payroll and Finance to ensure accurate benefit deductions, billing, and payments

Manage leave of absence processes in partnership with third-party vendors and HR teams

Support annual benefits enrollment and employee education sessions

Assist with execution of compensation programs (bonuses, comp cycles, benchmarking)

Respond to employee questions related to benefits, compensation, and LOA

Maintain documentation, SOPs, and process guides for Total Rewards programs

Support rewards & recognition programs and broader Total Rewards initiatives

Ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies across regions

This role will be payoing $40-45/hr.

Skills and Requirements

3+ years of experience in Total Rewards, compensation, benefits, or related HR function

Strong experience administering employee benefits (health, retirement, PTO, voluntary benefits, etc.)

Hands-on experience supporting compensation programs (market pricing, bonus cycles, annual reviews)

Experience working within a global or multi-country organization

Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills with ability to analyze and manage data

Experience working with HRIS and compensation tools (UKG, Pave, or similar)

High attention to detail with a strong focus on accuracy and data integrity

Ability to manage sensitive/confidential data with discretion Experience supporting global leave of absence (LOA) programs

Experience working with third-party vendors (benefits, LOA administrators, etc.)

Prior involvement in benefits renewals, RFP processes, or vendor onboarding

Experience participating in compensation/benefits surveys (Radford, Mercer, etc.)

Exposure to job architecture or HR system implementations

Experience collaborating cross-functionally with Finance and Payroll
