Job Description
This role will serve as the technical authority for Oracle HR E-Business Suite, owning solution design, integrations, and execution to ensure enterprise-grade delivery across the Mobility HR landscape.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the lead Oracle HR EBS Techno-Functional Architect/Analyst for the Mobility initiative
Own technical and functional design across Oracle EBS Release 12, including configuration, customizations, and RICE components
Lead and support integrations with upstream and downstream systems, ensuring data accuracy and process continuity
Partner closely with boundary teams, technical developers, functional stakeholders, and project leadership
Provide hands-on guidance during requirements definition, build, testing, deployment, and post go-live stabilization
Ensure scalability, security, performance, and compliance of the Oracle HR platform
Support implementation governance, design reviews, and transition to steady-state support following go-live

Skills and Requirements
Required Skills & Experience
Deep, hands-on experience with Oracle HR EBS Release 12
Strong background in HRMS configuration, integrations, and custom development
Proven experience operating in a technical architect / senior techno-functional role within enterprise HR environments
Ability to collaborate across global, cross-functional teams and drive complex initiatives end-to-end
Experience supporting spin-offs, carve-outs, or large HR transformations is strongly preferred
