The Strategy & Operations Manager is a high-impact role designed for emerging leaders who want to operate at the intersection of strategy, finance, execution, and transformation.
Sitting at the center of the Technology & Growth organization, this role works directly with the Technology & Growth leadership team, partnering closely with the Chief of Staff and functional leaders to ensure strategic priorities are executed as planned, run the operating cadence, and improve how the organization delivers results using a disciplined operating business system mindset grounded in continuous improvement and data-driven decision-making.
This role is ideal for a finance-savvy operator with strong analytical skills, project leadership capabilities, and comfort working in ambiguity, someone who combines structured thinking, a bias for action, and a modern view of how AI and digital tools can improve productivity and decision quality.

Apply structured problem-solving and continuous improvement principles to remove friction in how the organization operates
Identify root causes, design countermeasures, and support adoption of improved ways of working
Support change management efforts to ensure new processes, tools, and behaviors are understood, adopted, and sustained
Leverage AI and digital tools to improve:
Analysis, synthesis, and executive content creation
Initiative tracking, insight generation, and decision support
Personal and team productivity
Collaborate with Technology and Growth leaders to identify where AI can responsibly accelerate execution and learning, not just experimentation
3. Financial Rigor & Value Realization
Partner closely with Finance to:
Support business cases, investment requests, and funding decisions
Track benefits realization and performance against plan
Enable data-based prioritization and tradeoffs
Help to connect effort to impact and outcomes to value creation
