build something the right way? We are seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to step into a key leadership role within our center-based ABA program. This is an opportunity to take ownership of clinical quality, support a growing team, and help shape the direction of the program. What Makes This Role Unique Primary BCBA role with real influence on program structure and quality Center-based services no driving between clients Strong administrative support (scheduling, authorizations, documentation) Opportunity to stabilize and improve systems, programming, and staff development Collaborative environment with leadership involvement What You\'ll Do Oversee ABA programming and ensure clinical quality across your caseload Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans and BIPs Supervise, mentor, and support BTs/BTTs Review and analyze data to drive meaningful client progress Provide family guidance and maintain strong caregiver relationships Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation Support onboarding and training of new staff Collaborate with leadership on program development and improvements Clinical Structure & Responsibilities Daily: Supervision, staff support, documentation, client oversight Weekly: Data review, program updates, billable documentation tracking Monthly: Family guidance sessions, protocol modifications, team meetings Ongoing: Staff development, new client onboarding, interdisciplinary collaboration Schedule & Expectations Primarily daytime, center-based services Consistent after-school coverage required (34 evenings/week) Evenings typically end by \~6 PM Schedule structured to support both client needs and BCBA oversight responsibilities Qualifications Active BCBA certification (required) Master\'s degree in Behavior Analysis or related field Experience working with children with autism Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills Ability to manage a caseload and support a clinical team Benefits Competitive salary (based on experience) Paid time off + holidays Continuing education support Strong administrative and operational support Opportunity for leadership growth and program influence Apply Today If you\'re looking for a role where you can make a meaningful impact, support a team, and help build a strong clinical program, we\'d love to connect.
