We are currently looking for an Operations & Growth Manager to become a key leader within Simply Pristine as we continue expanding.

This is not an entry level administrative role, and it is not a passive management position.

This role is for someone who thrives in leadership, loves organization and problem solving, communicates professionally, operates proactively, and wants to help build something meaningful alongside a close knit team.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

Operational Leadership

  • Managing day-to-day scheduling and logistics through Jobber
  • Overseeing daily job flow and team coordination
  • Reviewing job reports and maintaining quality assurance standards
  • Supporting team accountability, efficiency, and performance
  • Assisting with customer issue resolution professionally and proactively
  • Helping maintain consistency across all teams and services
  • Supporting systems, structure, and operational organization behind the scenes

Sales & Growth Support

  • Following up on proposals and walkthroughs
  • Assisting in closing residential and commercial opportunities
  • Building and maintaining client relationships
  • Supporting networking and growth initiatives
  • Understanding pricing structure and job profitability
  • Helping drive company growth through organization, communication, and execution

Financial & Administrative Oversight

  • Assisting with payroll preparation and operational reporting
  • Monitoring labor efficiency and job profitability
  • Supporting internal systems and process improvement
  • Helping leadership maintain operational visibility and accountability

This is primarily an in office role based in Hooksett, NH, designed for close collaboration with leadership and the team during this stage of company growth. For the right long term fit, there is potential for a hybrid structure as systems and operations continue developing.
