Office Manager & Spinal Decompression Technician

Genesis Back & Neck, located in Brookfield, is looking for a confident, high-ownership Office Manager & Spinal Decompression Technician to help lead the growth of this location.

This is not a passive receptionist role.

We are looking for someone who can confidently lead patient conversations, create trust quickly, manage the flow of the office independently, and help patients move from uncertainty to action.

The right person for this role is warm and empathetic, but also decisive, persuasive, emotionally intelligent, and highly accountable.

Schedule

• Monday–Thursday: 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM

(Approximately 34 hours per week with a 1-hour unpaid lunch daily)

This is an opportunity to step into a growth-phase office and expand with the team.

Compensation & Benefits

• $24-26/hour, based on applicable experience

Training

• Some training may occur in our primary office location in West Bend, WI
