Pay: $75,000--$80,000 annually

Schedule: Monday--Friday (40 hours/week, flexibility as needed)

Location: Centennial, CO

About the Opportunity:

A well-established manufacturing company in the Denver Metro area is seeking a Buyer to support procurement operations and ensure materials and supplies are available to meet production demands. This role plays a critical part in supplier management, cost control, and overall operational efficiency.

Job Highlights:

• Manage purchasing of raw materials, components, and services for manufacturing operations
• Negotiate pricing, delivery terms, and contracts with suppliers
• Evaluate and select vendors based on quality, cost, and reliability
• Analyze pricing, financial data, and inventory needs to drive cost savings
• Maintain accurate purchasing records, inventory levels, and supplier performance
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies, contracts, and applicable regulations
• Collaborate with internal teams to support production schedules and material planning

What We Look For:

• 2+ years of purchasing experience in a manufacturing environment
• Strong negotiation and supplier management skills
• Experience working with ERP systems (IFS a plus) and Microsoft Office
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and bills of materials
• Knowledge of machining operations, materials, and manufacturing processes
• Understanding of inventory management concepts (safety stock, carrying costs, obsolescence)
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, changing environment
