ASSISTANT GENERAL MANAGER – Award-Winning Fine Dining Restaurant | Glastonbury, CT

That's what you'll find here. We're hiring an Assistant General Manager at an established fine dining restaurant in Glastonbury, CT, part of a nationwide restaurant group.

This opening is due to internal promotions.

You'll support General Manager operations and manage front-of-house restaurant leadership with real growth potential.

THE ASSISTANT GENERAL MANAGER ROLE:

• Support General Manager on all restaurant operations and management
• Manage FOH team and restaurant service standards
• Oversee guest experience, customer service, and operational excellence
• Handle staff scheduling, training, and team development
• Support financial performance and operational metrics

YOU ARE AN EXPERIENCED Assistant General Manager (AGM), Dining Room Manager, or Restaurant Manager WITH:

• 3+ years AGM, Assistant General Manager, Dining Room Manager, or Restaurant Manager experience in fine dining
• 2+ years tenure at each fine dining restaurant (we value stability)
• Fine dining or upscale restaurant background and proven management track record
• Strong leadership, customer service, and operational management skills
• Commitment to restaurant excellence and team development

WHAT YOU GET AS OUR Assistant General Manager (AGM):

• $75,000–$85,000 base salary (based on experience)
