Tingles & Chills is Hendersonville's first Sensory Touch Studio — a first-of-its-kind wellness experience where clients come to relax, reset, and reconnect through the power of intentional, non-clinical touch and ASMR-inspired sensory stimulation. We are a judgment-free, deeply calming environment focused entirely on the well-being of our guests. We open in June 2026 and are building a team of caring, intuitive, and professional individuals who share our passion for helping people feel truly at ease.

ROLE OVERVIEW

As a Sensory Technician at Tingles & Chills, you will be the heart of our client experience. You will deliver our signature sensory touch sessions — gentle and intentional touch designed to promote relaxation and trigger the ASMR response. No prior license is required; we provide all training. What matters most is your warmth, professionalism, attentiveness, and genuine desire to help people feel their best.This is not massage work and will not include any massage classified services. This means no tissue manipulation or deep tissue work.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Deliver signature Tingles & Chills sensory touch sessions following our trained protocols
• Create a calm, welcoming, and professional environment for every client
• Conduct brief pre-session client consultations to understand preferences and any sensitivities
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and sanitation of session rooms between appointments
• Uphold the highest standards of client privacy, boundaries, and professionalism at all times
• Communicate effectively with team members and management
• Assist with light studio duties as needed (linens, room setup, supplies)
• Represent the Tingles & Chills brand with care and authenticity in all client interactions

• Comfort with close-proximity, non-clinical, fully-clothed touch work
• Must be able to stand and move around with no restrictions during each work shift
• Excellent communication skills and emotional intelligence
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, and weekends
• A team-first attitude and willingness to learn and grow with a new business
• Previous experience in wellness, hospitality, caregiving, or customer service is a plus — but not required
• Video recording experience preferred, but not required

COMPENSATION & SCHEDULE

• Compensation: Commission pay + tips
• Employment Type: Part-time (flexible shifts — days, evenings, and weekends)
• Location: 300 Indian Lake Blvd, Suite 151, Hendersonville, TN 37075
• Start Date: June 2026 (training begins prior to opening)

REQUIREMENTS

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Must be able to pass a background check
• Must be able to pass a drug screen
• Must be authorized to work in the United States
• No massage therapy license required — full training provided
