What You’ll Do:

• Be the first and last impression, greet every guest with warmth & professionalism
• Build meaningful connections with our guests by understanding their needs and preferences, ensuring every interaction feels personal and memorable
• Create a 5-star experience for every single guest
• Upsell services & recommend enhancements to enhance the guest’s results
• Promote our membership options to help guests incorporate massage therapy into their wellness routines
• Ensure every guest pre-books their next visit for consistency & retention
• Encourage 5-star reviews & referrals to grow our guest base
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk & studio space
• Foster a motivating, high-energy environment, be the team’s biggest cheerleader!

• Sales-driven & confident, you know how to close the sale without feeling pushy
• A polished, outgoing communicator who shines in customer interactions
• Detail-oriented, organized, and tech-savvy (booking software experience is a plus!)
• Salon, hospitality, retail, or customer service experience? Big plus!
