Location: Nassau & Suffolk County, NY
Compensation: $80,000 - $200,000+ per year (Uncapped Commissions!)

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Conduct in-home consultations with pre-qualified leads, showcasing our Exterior remodeling products as well as selling Dormers, Additions, & Extensions.
• Understand, calculate, and explain costs effectively to close deals.
• Deliver professional sales presentations to decision-makers.
• Develop and manage relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Follow a proven sales process to ensure high close rates.
• Use a tablet device and technology for on-the-spot estimates and contracts.

What We’re Looking For:

• Sales Experience: Proven track record in residential construction sales (exterior products a plus).
• Communication Skills: Strong ability to build rapport, listen actively, and close confidently.
• Energetic & Driven: A natural go-getter who thrives on closing deals.
• Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple leads and follow-ups efficiently.
• Availability: Flexible to meet clients in their homes, including some evenings and weekends.
• Vehicle: Reliable transportation with room for samples.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Commission:
• 5% on all sales with a potential increase for smaller projects (we’re open to discussing this!).

3.) Are you proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, Powerpoint?
4.) Have you ever worked with Stack or Bluebeam doing Take-offs?
5.) Have you ever worked with JobTread or JobProgress or other CRM software?
6.) Do you have experience with In-home selling of Large scale Residential remodeling projects?

Experience:

• Construction Sales: 7 years (Required)
• Residential Construction estimating: 10 years (Required)

License/Certification:

• Driver's License (Required)
