• Shift: Night Shift
• Timing: 4:00 PM – 12:00 AM
• Hours: 5x7-hour shifts (35 hours/week)
• Working Days: Monday–Friday

Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Clinical Lab Technologist with a focus in Blood Bank to support a fast-paced laboratory environment. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong technical expertise, attention to detail, and the ability to perform complex laboratory procedures while maintaining strict quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform blood bank testing and procedures accurately and efficiently
• Ensure compliance with laboratory quality assurance and safety protocols
• Prepare, process, and analyze laboratory specimens
• Operate and maintain laboratory equipment and instrumentation
• Accurately document and report test results in a timely manner
• Ensure proper handling, storage, and tracking of blood products
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams regarding lab findings
• Maintain accurate patient and laboratory records

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of Clinical Laboratory Technologist experience
• Hands-on Blood Bank experience
• Associate Degree from an accredited laboratory technology program
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field
• BLS certification

Certifications & Licensure

• Valid NYSED Clinical Laboratory Technologist License (required)
• Primary Source Verification (required)
