- A dynamic and highly organized Construction Site Administrative Assistant to join our team in De-Soto, Kansas.
- This vital role provides essential administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations on our construction site.
- The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and possess excellent communication skills, Excel & Email experience.
- Manage a variety of payroll duties to include timecard management.
- Expertise in a fast-paced construction environment.
- Maintain organized filing systems, including document management, data entry, and record keeping for project files.
- Assist with calendar management and coordinate meetings or appointments for project managers and site supervisors
- Support office management with payroll issues
- Bi-lingual is a plus
- Must have or be able to obtain OSHA 10
- Proven experience in office administration, clerical work, or administrative support within a construction or related industry
- Ability to handle confidential information discreetly
