The Role
At Flower of Life Chiropractic, the front desk isn't just a front desk, it's where healing begins. You're the first voice families hear, the first face they see, and the reason they feel at home the moment they walk through our doors.
We're looking for a warm, organized, and purpose-driven person to join our team as a Part-Time Front Desk Wellness Advocate. If you love people, thrive in a fast-moving environment, and want your work to genuinely matter, this position is for you!

• A natural connector who makes people feel seen and at ease
• Organized and proactive, you notice what needs doing before anyone asks
• Comfortable leading conversations about health, care plans, and next steps
• Energized by purpose-driven work and a collaborative team
• Experienced with scheduling, email, or basic office tools (or eager to learn)

What You'll Do
Community & Care Coordination

• Warmly welcome every member and visitor who walks through our doors
• Handle calls, texts, emails, and follow-ups with clarity and care
• Guide prospective members through their care journey and help them understand the value of what we offer
• Keep scheduling and care plans running smoothly

Office Operations

• Maintain the flow, organization, and energy of our healing space
• Keep the office stocked, tidy, and running without a hitch
• Support our doctors and team so nothing falls through the cracks
