Position Summary

We are currently seeking experienced, licensed professionals to join our team as a Mortgage Loan Officer. You have already proven you know how to originate and close loans, now it is time to scale your volume. This role is built specifically for the experienced MLO who is tired of wasting hours chasing down conditions, begging for real estate leads, or dealing with tiered commission rollbacks. We provide you with live inbound transfers and a dedicated processing team so you can focus 100% of your time on quoting, locking, and moving to the next deal.

Key Responsibilities

  • Inbound Sales: Field high-intent, live inbound transfers from qualified borrowers—eliminating the need to constantly self-source.
  • Client Consultation: Quickly assess borrower needs, quote aggressive rates, and strategically structure loans to beat retail competition.
  • Loan Origination: Pitch the rate, secure the lock, and immediately hand the file over to our in-house processing team.
  • Pipeline Management: Maintain an organized, active pipeline and accurately document all communications within our CRM (Salesforce).
  • Compliance: Ensure all origination activities strictly adhere to FNMA guidelines, TILA regulations, and Fair Housing laws.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Licensing: Active Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO) license through the NMLS is strictly required.
  • Experience: 2+ years of consistent production in mortgage origination with a solid track record of closed units.
  • Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of loan structuring, pricing margins, and standard underwriting guidelines.
  • Communication Skills: Ability to confidently advise clients, overcome rate objections, and build trust over the phone in a fast-paced environment.
  • Drive & Motivation: Highly motivated to double or triple your current production volume using our inbound lead platform.
