About Leadlight Counseling
Leadlight Counseling is a growing private practice serving West Michigan with compassion, clinical excellence, and care that centers the whole person. We are dedicated to providing evidence-based, relational therapy that helps adults, children, adolescents, and families find hope, healing, and connection. Our Holland North office is home to a supportive, collaborative team environment where clinicians can thrive both personally and professionally.
Position Overview
Leadlight Counseling's Holland North office is seeking licensed therapists to join our multidisciplinary team. We are currently hiring for two areas of clinical focus:
- Child and Adolescent Therapist (Play Therapy) – providing individual and family therapy to children and adolescents ages 3–18, with an emphasis on play, sandtray, and expressive arts approaches. This role also includes parent coaching and caregiver support as an integrated part of the work.
- Adult Therapist – providing individual therapy to young adults and adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, relationships, and identity-related concerns. This role also includes opportunities to provide parent support and consultation to caregivers seeking standalone parenting work.
Clinicians may apply for one or both focus areas depending on their experience and interest. Our Holland North office offers a warm, well-appointed environment with access to fully outfitted play therapy rooms, sandtray and expressive arts materials and comfortable adult therapy spaces.
