We are working with a food manufacturer seeking a Production Supervisor to lead Trim Line operations within a high-volume food processing facility. Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all Trim Line operations to meet daily production targets and customer specifications
• Maintain product quality standards in line with GMP and HACCP requirements
• Ensure efficient utilization of labor and materials to achieve yield and performance targets
• Monitor and report on production metrics including efficiencies, yields, and labor usage
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives including Lean Manufacturing and TQM
• Ensure compliance with USDA regulations and company food safety standards
• Coordinate with Maintenance and Plant Management to minimize downtime
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of approximately 40 employees
• Manage staffing levels, attendance, and line coverage
• Conduct team meetings and ensure accurate documentation and record keeping
• Enforce safety regulations and promote a strong safety culture

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum 2 years supervisory experience within manufacturing or operations
• Experience within food manufacturing preferred
• Strong knowledge of GMP and HACCP standards
• Demonstrated leadership and team development capability
