Office Assistant Key Requirements:

  • Proven experience with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to handle mailing, copying, filing, and greeting visitors with professionalism
  • Good data entry skills
  • Reliable and adaptable team player
  • Availability to work Monday through Friday, 9:05 AM to 5:00 PM, with an unpaid lunch break

Office Assistant Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage incoming and outgoing mailings
  • Assist with photocopying and filing duties
  • Welcome and direct visitors or guests
  • Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
  • Support staff with general administrative needs to ensure smooth daily operations
