Job Title: Senior Project Business Analyst Cloud POS Modernization

Location: Raleigh/Durham, NC (Candidates must live within 60 miles of Raleigh)
Duration: 12 months of contract

Seeking an expert-level Business Analyst to support a statewide Cloud POS Modernization initiative for DMV operations. The role involves gathering and documenting business, functional, non-functional, and compliance requirements for cloud-hosted POS and payment processing systems.

• Act as liaison between business, IT, vendors, and stakeholders
• Lead requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation
• Develop user stories, workflows, integration specs, and acceptance criteria
• Support UAT, testing, deployment, and statewide rollout activities
• Evaluate integrations between cloud POS, backend, and financial systems
• Ensure PCI DSS compliance, NFC/contactless payment support, and operational readiness

• 7+ years of experience in Business Analysis and enterprise modernization projects
• Strong experience with cloud-hosted POS and payment processing systems
• Experience with AWS/cloud architectures and enterprise integrations
• Knowledge of PCI DSS, payment device management, tokenization, and reconciliation processes
• Expertise in UAT, requirements validation, and compliance analysis
