• Concrete Laborers
• Concrete Finishers

Responsibilities

Concrete Laborers

• Assist crews with concrete placement and cleanup
• Prepare job sites, tools, and materials
• Set forms and assist with concrete pours
• Perform physical labor in outdoor conditions
• Follow safety procedures and directions from supervisors

Concrete Finishers

• Smooth and finish concrete surfaces
• Operate finishing tools and equipment
• Perform edging, jointing, and surface finishing
• Ensure quality and proper concrete curing
• Read and follow project specifications and grade requirements

Qualifications

• Construction or concrete experience preferred
• Heavy civil experience is a plus
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Ability to lift heavy materials and perform physical labor
• Reliable transportation required
• Must work well with a team and follow safety standards
