Production Supervisor

We are seeking a Production Supervisor to join our team in Henderson, KY! This is a temp-to-hire opportunity offering competitive pay and the chance to grow with a strong organization.

Pay:

• $36/hour

Shift:

• Day Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM - But must be open to working 2nd shift if needed
  
• Must be flexible for overtime rotation (as early as 5:00 AM and as late as 5:30 PM)

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise employees and manage daily production flow
  
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and production efficiency
  
• Ensure 5S standards are maintained throughout the facility
  
• Coach, lead, and discipline employees when necessary
  
• Coordinate and communicate with Team Leaders across all shifts
  
• Monitor quality control processes and ensure compliance
  
• Lead problem-solving efforts and implement corrective actions
  
• Track scrap and repair trends; implement improvement plans
  
• Maintain and verify production documentation and standards
  
• Monitor attendance, vacation time, and employee performance
  
• Update and manage training matrices
  
• Lead safety initiatives and conduct shop floor audits
  
• Complete performance evaluations
  
• Manage ADP eTime/payroll functions
  
• Support and enforce all company policies

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience in a manufacturing/production environment (3+ years preferred)
  
• High school diploma required (Associate’s or Bachelor’s preferred)
  
• Strong leadership and communication skills
  
• Ability to manage multiple production lines (2–3 lines, up to 40 employees)
  
• Experience in a union environment is a plus
  
• Strong computer skills, including timekeeping/payroll systems
