The Senior Infrastructure Governance & Compliance Advisor (Infrastructure Engineering Senior Advisor) helps make sure our systems follow company rules and security standards. This role works closely with leaders and teams to find gaps, fix issues, and reduce risk. You will also support audits, manage vendor compliance, and help improve how we protect the business.
Responsibilities
Make sure all systems follow company rules, policies, and security standards
Work with leadership to fix gaps and improve processes
Partner with teams to ensure security and compliance requirements are met
Track and report progress on open issues and risk items
Identify risks and recommend ways to reduce or fix them
Support audits (SOX/SOC) and work with audit teams when needed
Help communicate policies and expectations across teams
Share updates and reports with leadership on risks and compliance status
Monitor vendors to ensure they follow company standards and contracts
Address vendor performance issues and help improve results
Support Identity and Access Management and compliance activities
Qualifications
Experience with audits such as SOX, SOC1, or SOC2
Knowledge of security standards like NIST, CIS, or ISO
Understanding of risk management and compliance processes
Experience working with vendors, contracts, or supplier management
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Comfortable working with both technical and non-technical teams
Experience with reporting and tracking data
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adjust quickly
