Cozmo is a YC-backed multimodal AI platform that replaces the BPO layer for regulated companies. Our voice, vision and chat agents handle inbound and outbound conversations at scale for banks, insurers, SMBs and high-growth operators. We run offices in San Francisco, Florida and Dubai.

#The role
You are on the phone or at the door, every weekday, talking to businesses about Cozmo. You generate qualified meetings that the founders and senior commercial team close. You own the top of the funnel.

What you do every day

- 100 to 200 outbound dials, or the equivalent in door-to-door visits in your local market- Qualify prospects against a tight ICP we train you on
- Book 10 or more qualified leads per day for the closing team
- Log every call, note and outcome in the CRM before you log off
- Join a 20-minute daily standup with the founders and the GTM lead

## What we need from you
- Currently enrolled as a student in the US, or graduated within the last 12 months
- 4 to 6 focused hours available every weekday for dialing or doorknocking
- Comfortable getting hung up on 50 times before lunch and dialing the 51st without slowing down
- Speak clearly, write clean English and can hold a 90-second pitch without sounding scripted
- Organised enough to log your work without being chased
- Curious about how a B2B sales engine actually gets built from the inside
No prior sales experience required. We have hired ambassadors out of food delivery, campus politics, debate teams and side hustles. What we care about is whether you can sit down at 9am, dial until 6pm and do it again tomorrow.

What you get
- Hourly base plus per-lead commission, paid weekly with no cap

- All-expenses-paid 3-day trip to our San Francisco office for ambassadors who smash their targets. Flights, hotel, time with the founders, dinners with customers and investors, and a working desk in HQ for the duration
- Full-time offer on the table for ambassadors who consistently hit lead targets and want to convert. Past hires have moved into BDR, AE and FDE seats inside six months

How we measure you
Three numbers, reviewed weekly:
1. Dial count per day
2. Qualified leads booked per day
3. Show-up rate of those leads to the founder meeting

Hit 10 qualified leads (qualified by the founders) a day or more, week over week for a month, and you are on the flight to meet the founders and team. Hit them for three months running and we will write you a full-time offer.

We read every application within 72 hours. If your video lands, the first interview is a live mock call with one of the founders. If you pass that, you are on the team the same week, with your first call list in hand. We are hiring 15 ambassadors this month. Apply early.

Pay: $15.45 - $50.65 per hour
