Work Schedule:
Ally designates roles as (1) fully on-site, (2) hybrid, or (3) fully remote. Hybrid roles are generally expected to be in the office a certain number of days per week as indicated by your manager. Your hiring manager will discuss this role's specific work requirements with you during the hiring process. The Opportunity

The Senior Financial Analyst position is a highly visible role responsible for performing core financial, accounting, and analytical duties for the Technology Finance team. The role will support the BCF (BILD) CIO group.

The Work Itself

  • Provide exceptional customer service to key stakeholders, including business, finance, and technology partners
    • Assist team in execution of key financial planning and forecasting processes
    • Work with Technology budget owners to develop/review/refine monthly product and operations forecasts for the BCF Organization
    • Review/approve Technology purchase orders and resource requests
  • Assist in assembly of monthly Scorecards and other required reporting
  • Complete month-end Close activities, with focus on preparation of accounting entries for accruals and reclasses
  • Complete month-end variance analysis for product and operations forecasts
  • Assist team in building and updating reports in PowerBI, performing ad hoc analyses as requested
  • Create and post monthly Workday actuals reports to SharePoint
  • Support team objective to increase efficiency through use of automation and AI

The Skills You Bring

Minimum Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience
  • High school Diploma or GED equivalent

Preferred Qualifications

  • +5 years of finance and/or accounting experience
  • BS degree in Accounting or Finance strongly preferred
  • High level of proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel
  • Experience with forecast modeling and Power BI
  • Experience with Workday Financials and OneStream
  • Strong attention to detail and proven analytical skills
  • Interest/experience in technology operations
  • Strong communication skills, both written and oral
  • The ability to work with a diverse team that may not be co-located
  • Self-motivated and able to work with moderate direction in a dynamic fast paced organization
  • Ability to work independently with demonstrated time management skills
  • High level of accountability and the ability to effectively prioritize tasks

Base Pay Range: $70000 - $120000 USD
An individual's position in the range is determined by the specific role, the scope and responsibilities of the role, work experience, education, certification(s), training, and additional qualifications. We review internal pay, the competitive market, and business environment prior to extending an offer.
Incentive Compensation: This position is eligible to participate in our annual incentive plan.
