• 80% Booked and earn 6 figures yearly.
• Tiered commission system that grows with you. Every payroll, your sales determine your commission tier. The more you make, the more you take. You’ll always earn at least base hourly pay, with opportunities to grow your income every pay period.
• Automated price growth. Every six months, your performance data is reviewed for the chance to raise your own prices. If you bring the numbers, we’ll never hold you back. Our system supports your growth from day one.

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum two years of salon experience
• Current NYS Cosmetology License
• Strong cutting and coloring skills
• Positive, team-driven attitude
