Gateway Security Services is a growing Minneapolis-based security company providing professional security services to commercial, industrial, retail, and residential properties. We are currently expanding our outreach team and looking for motivated individuals who are comfortable speaking with businesses in person and generating new client opportunities.

Position Overview

We are seeking confident and motivated In-Person Sales Representatives to conduct direct outreach to businesses and properties throughout the Twin Cities area. This role involves visiting businesses, speaking with managers and decision-makers, introducing our security services, and identifying potential clients interested in security coverage.

This is a commission-based opportunity with strong earning potential for individuals who are outgoing, self-motivated, and comfortable with face-to-face interaction.

Responsibilities

• Visit businesses and properties in person daily
• Speak with property managers, business owners, and decision-makers
• Introduce Gateway Security Services professionally
• Identify potential clients interested in security services
• Generate qualified leads and forward them to management
• Maintain consistent daily outreach and communication
• Represent the company professionally at all times

Compensation

• Earn 10% commission on the first payment collected from each client you bring in
• Unlimited earning potential
• No cap on commissions
